COMPETITIVE PRIVATE TRAINING
Our Competitive Private Training Sessions are designed for competitive gymnasts of all levels. The goal of this program is to be a supplement for competitive training at their home gyms, although we are accepting gymnasts for our new competitive team at KZ Elite. We recommend 2-hour sessions twice per week. Session daily schedule will include 30 minutes of warm-up/basics, 30 minutes on two events per practice (alternating BB/FX and VT/UB), and 30 minutes of conditioning and flexibility. Higher level gymnasts may do 3 or 4 days a week depending on our availability. You will also receive free access to our competitive education online program that is designed for coaches, parents and gymnasts to understand the rules of their level.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When does the new winter schedule (all private sessions) begin? When does it end?
Our goal is to begin our private sessions on January 4th - an official start date will be confirmed after you request your time slot. There are no fees for requesting a time slot and if the start date does not work when the time comes, you will be dropped from the program without fees. We do not currently have an end date for this schedule but we do hope to switch to a more traditional class structure by early Spring.
Can my competitive gymnast do a one-off lesson on a pay-per-use basis (without a membership)?
We highly recommend having a membership as this reserves your desired time slot and space is extremely limited. If you would like to drop-in, you can contact us 24-hours before the time you would like to come to confirm if there is any availability.
What are the fees for the Competitive Training Sessions?
2 hours a day / 2x per week = $275 per month
We will gladly consider different training schedules - just let us know in your request form what you are looking for.
When will fees be charged?
There are no fees to request a time slot. Once you receive confirmation of your desired time slot and a start date, you can accept or decline without penalty/fees. Membershipswill be charged 5 days before the start of the next month. You must provide written notice to drop the program at least 7 days before the start of the next month.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for essential workers and military service members.
I have another child who is a competitive gymnast but a different level - can they come at the same time?
Yes, siblings in the same time slot are allowed at no additional charge. They do not have to be the same level - they will each get their own assignments tailored to their level and goals.
